January 2016. Time to get back on track. 2015 brought a 20 pound weight loss (sustained loss) and got me on an exercise routine. I plan on starting my small weight training and walking 10,000 steps a day. Feeling good that 2016 is going to be the year I reach my goal weight and continued exercise program for health.

June challenge. I am not in a specific challenge this month. I only challenge myself. Each day 10,000 steps and some other form of exercise DVD or go to the gym.

I am going to be doing an April Challenge. I am so committed to put an end to this last 10 pounds and my procrastination!

Through the years I have often promised myself that I will eat as healthy as I can and exercise every single day so that I continue into my older years able to move and feel great. The beginning of this year was no different that every other year. Same promise. This year seems different thought. I have been eating healthy and exercising for almost a month. A record for me. I need to continue on this path of health. I am sure I can do it with all the support and friendships that I have found.

January 1, 2013 - Starting this new year with a NEW ATTITUDE! My nutrition and exercise are the most important things to me this year. I am tired of feeling old and not having an easy time moving like I use to. While speaking about my mother, I realized that I was going in the same direction that she is in now. She doesn't have the strength or energy to do much. I want to be active though my golden years!

August 24, 2012 - Just had Bob Harpers Make me happy tuna salad wrapped in butter lettuce leaves. It was absolutely delicious! I am going to really enjoy eating other recipes. I am going to make his turkey meatballs this afternoon. I can hardly wait for supper!!!!

As of today - August 10, 2012 - I have 9 pounds to lose. 9!!!! How long will that take. Not very long if I buckle down and add exercise to my clean eating! I'm going to get there this time and STAY THERE!
