My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight and gain energy. I had a transplant in 2010 and I want my body to look as great as I feel now.
My Program:
I need to nail it down more. I sometimes count WW points but mainly I go for low fat and low calorie foods and try to exercise 5/6 days a week.

My name is Becky and I'm from N Alabama. I am a 2010 Kidney Transplant Recipient and very thankful! I'm a Christian, homeschool my boys, love gadgets (my iPhone and my Kindle, etc.) and love blogging.
Other Information:
I love God and think living your life for Him is the way to go. I call myself a Christian but these days people think about the crazies who picket funerals or bomb clinics. That is NOT who I am. I love HIm and find peace through Him.
