I've been on here for a few years now and have not done anything. I've "tried" for a day or two and then lose it. I've done the HCG diet. I've done all the stupid things we (I'm not alone) all want to do in order to lose weight.

I am on my mission to find the "inner Becky" that's been hiding for years. She's being found slowly, one piece at a time, but that's what counts.

I'm glad to be back in the saddle again!

2 personal trainers?!?!?! emoticon You are looking for punishment! LOL!


That is awesome Becky! If I could afford to hire another personal trainer, I would. It really helps keep you on track and they usually have some awesome workouts!

I have been changing things up constantly. Over the summer I was working on my strength and used a new program. I really noticed improvement in what I could lift. But now I am changing things up again. I am starting a new program to make me faster. I want to keep seeing my race times decrease. I got that taste to win it now... LOL! At least my age division. Once I finish my next race though in November I will probably go back to lifting heavy weights again. Changing things up will keep your body guessing!
