I've been a member of SparkPeople for several years now. In this time, I have gained and lost and gained and lost and gained a significant amount of weight. I've never really reached my goal, but have gotten close. I'm "back" now, and determined to get there!

My Goals:
1) Exercise at least 4 days each week..
2) Make healthy food choices, including at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies, lean proteins and whole grains.
3) Eat as much real food (not processed, not junk) as possible.
4) Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
5)To look and feel fantastic everyday


My Program:
Eat real food, stay within my calorie ranges, drink lots of water, exercise at least 4 days each week, incorporate strength training.

There wasn't a 20 on my wheel today :(
There was a 5 though but I got a 4.
There was like a really long stretch of time that I got 1 every day. It's such a defeating feeling for some reason :/
