I am new here and I lost a good amount of weight as I posted I believe you asked for me to share It would be my pleasure to share ---I found on the internet information about the Glycemic Index you should look into this search Google there you will find a world of information. Take it from me it was NOT hard to do just read the lists of foods you can and foods you should not eat. easy drink lots of water eat fruits and lots of veggies. you might want to go to AMAZON.COM and buy the book which I had to help you along under $ 15.00 you DO NOT have to go crazy with fancy meals just stick to the basics and you to will do just great, just remember no potatoes of any kind little to no sugar and if you could buy a 65cm. size gym ball it's the only thing I have been using almost every day with leg lifts and stretches. well I hope I have helped you in some way I wish you good luck.
