Sixty and still trying

After battling with added pounds for more than three decades, I am trying one more time. I am closing in on my retirement date (still not set), and traveling a bit more and I am just so tired of having to sqeeze into the small seats on the airplanes.
Earlier this year, started out going for twenty pounds, and I'm almost there. so I've extended my own personal challenge until December and I am now going for twenty-eight. That will put me at 170 pounds.

My Goals:
I am hoping to get down to 150. That's where I would feel really comfortable. I'm doing small goals based on yearly events. Just recently I reached my mini-goal of 181 for summer vacation. I'm a bit more serious now (though having trouble with my evening snacking) and I want to get down to 170 by the holiday season.
