I have come and gone from SparkPeople a few times now. I will be dedicated to logging everything for a while and then I stop. It is a pattern that has occurred repeatedly. And I have gained weight back repeatedly as well.

However, last summer I decided that I was going to stop coming up with excuses for why I was unhappy with my weight, my body, etc and just do what I knew I needed to in order to be healthy. I have since then lost 40 lbs and kept it off for the last 4 months. I ...

I have since then lost 40 lbs and kept it off for the last 4 months. I still have another 20 to get to my goal, but I am pretty happy with what has been accomplished. I am back here to find some inspiration to lose the other 20 and to have a place to put my feelings, frustrations and successes.

I hope that anyone who happens to stumble across my page can relate with something and that I can find a way to connect with others who are looking to find their own way to their health goals.

My Program:
I currently am jogging 3 days/week, doing Piyo workouts a few days a week and spin bike mixed in as well. I decided recently that I would do whatever workout spoke to me that day, as I was getting burnt out doing the same workouts over and over.

Other Information:
My life isn't perfect, but it is headed in the right direction :)
