Life is what we make of it

Only we have the power to see to it that this journey is a worthwhile one....

I am back again after a hiatus. Life just gets so crazy sometimes that things get put on a backburner, but I am here now and I am ready to re-dedicate myself to a healthy lifestyle.

It hasn't been really unhealthy as of late, but it hasn't been a priority either, so really just some priority shuffling is in effect. I want to be healthy and happy and that girl that everyone can tell is really ...

Which means sometimes I will go out with friends and have drinks and chips and queso, but it won't be something that happens on a daily or even weekly basis. Moderation, folks! Moderation.

My Program:
I recently decided to become a vegetarian so I am really embracing it and trying to find ways to really enjoy eating all my veggies everyday! Also doing a Peak 8 program and working on getting my sprints up to 10.0.

9/4/13 - sprint 9.2 with 5.0 elevation

Other Information:
My life isn't perfect, but it is headed in the right direction :)
