My name is Becky and I've been on my weight-loss journey for quite awhile now. I have fallen off the wagon and jumped back on too many times to count in the past few years!

My big weight loss issue is that I love food! I don't mind exercising, but I have a hard time putting the fork down or pushing away from the table. This is one of the reasons that I love SparkPeople though, they have great ideas for substitutions and the recipe feature is a great tool! I can satisfy my cravings ...

My Goals:
I would like to lose weight not only to be healthier physically, but mentally as well. I need to get in shape!

My Program:
Good old fashioned diet and exercise!

Personal Information:
I am happily cohabitated with my wonderful fiance Andrew, who, although incredibly athletic and lean and has never had a fat day in his life, is so supportive of me in my journey to become the healthiest Becky possible!

Other Information:
I love music, books, movies, and having fun in general! I am a big fan of a fun night out on the town, or staying in to watch a rented movie, or going to the park or the lake with my boyfriend or friends.

Hi Becky...just checking in to see how you're doing. I see you've lost some weight and congrats to you!! I haven't lost anything yet, but that's OK cause I am feeling better and my eating habits are better..I guess that's why it's called a "journey"!!

HI BECKY, I JUST CAME ACROSS UR PAGE AND I FELT TOTALLY RELATED TO YOU, I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE FOOD , I LOVE TO EAT AND IT'S BEEN REALLY HARD FOR ME TO PUT DOWN THE FORK BUT, I'M ON MY WAY, LIKE I SAID TO MY SELF EVERY DAY "ONE MEAL AT THE TIME"...SO I ADD YOU AS MY FRIEND AND I HOPE THAT WE CAN CHECK ON EACH OTHER PROGRESS

I 'tweaked' a recipe that was INSANE and came up with this do-able recipe! 154 calories, 27 carbs, 6 gr fat, 1 gr protein
