I'm back
I was 48 when I joined Sparkpeople. I am now 52. I have had a few bad years with family so I gave up on myself. Mid July of this year I decided I matter. GOD made ME special. I am his creation. I will not put myself down anymore. I will exercise and eat healthy because I care about myself now.

My Goals:
I'm going to lose weight and get healthy
My Program:
I'm counting my calories, I will try to stay around 1200 calories, I am walking out side at least 5 to 8 miles a week, when it get cold I will be on my treadmill. I am now adding more protein not counting the fat, but still choosing the lower fat foods.

I am married and we have two grown children and two grand children.
