An indulgent lifestyle has led to health problems for both my husband and me. It's not too late to take steps toward better health. Our main challenges will be limiting red meat, desserts, beer and wine.

“Starting today, instead of saying "I have to" when discussing your actions or goals, substitute the words "I choose to."...
"I have to lose weight" becomes "I choose to lose weight." Saying "I choose to" puts you in charge and affirms that you want to see results.”
