Here I go Again

I am always successful at Weight Loss....when I try.

So, I am going to try again. And knowing I can succeed is half my battle. The other half is getting started.

I believe in myself. And even in moments when I don't, I have an amazing friend and partner in my husband who will push me on. And I also have friends to keep me moving and motivate me as well.

I love the people I have surrounded myself with and I am thankful for them always.

My Goals:
Short term goal would simply be to tighten up here and there and get into size 12 pants. That would be an excellent start.

Wear size 8 pants

Freely hike around Colorado

Ski with new strength in my legs

Feel sexy

Be a little more flexible and not feel so much of the age that is creeping up on me.

I really want to run. I don't know why. But I do.

My Program:
I am using the spark people nutrition and fitness tracker to hold myself accountable.

Also, taking Metabolife in the mornings before breakfast.

Basically, the program is "Eat less Move more" Simple mathematics.

Personal Information:
I live in Colorado Springs with my Husband, Son (16) Daughter (4) and a cat and a dog.

We stay busy doing I don't even know what.

Hey, Beck! Thanks for stopping by to visit! I'm doing great! In the past, I've been like a yo-yo with weight loss, but this time I feel super motivated. Maybe because I can notice a difference already in the way I feel. I've really committed myself to tracking everything I eat - and I think that is the key for me. And it's actually kinda fun to see if I can keep all my "totals" where there supposed to be. I've even got my husband on here now. Looks like you're doing great, too! Thanks for the encouragement!

Thanks for the encouraging comments you posted on my blog entry! Every bit of encouragement counts...and that's one of the things I LOVE about SparkPeople! I think I'm going to gradually try to switch to black coffee. Even the fat free creamers have a small amount of calories and added up over the course of the day = huge! I keep imagining the other things I could be eating if I didn't have to count the creamer! By the way...I enjoyed reading your blog and congrats on the mile! Keep up the good work!
