Hey, Beck! Thanks for stopping by to visit! I'm doing great! In the past, I've been like a yo-yo with weight loss, but this time I feel super motivated. Maybe because I can notice a difference already in the way I feel. I've really committed myself to tracking everything I eat - and I think that is the key for me. And it's actually kinda fun to see if I can keep all my "totals" where there supposed to be. I've even got my husband on here now. Looks like you're doing great, too! Thanks for the encouragement!
Thanks for the encouraging comments you posted on my blog entry! Every bit of encouragement counts...and that's one of the things I LOVE about SparkPeople! I think I'm going to gradually try to switch to black coffee. Even the fat free creamers have a small amount of calories and added up over the course of the day = huge! I keep imagining the other things I could be eating if I didn't have to count the creamer! By the way...I enjoyed reading your blog and congrats on the mile! Keep up the good work!
