Welcome to my Page!

Well it's fall again and soon I won't want to go outside to walk. Sad day. But until then I will continue to walk with my malamute Bear. He's loving this cooler weather and wants to keep walking. Good for me I guess, makes me move more.
I am continuing to keep up the healthy habits I gained this summer, hopefully. It is harder in the winter as I love to bake when the house gets cooler, guess I need some recipes the family loves and I only like a little.

Anyway I am feeling SO much better after losing 25 pounds this summer and in no way want those back. So healthy habits it is.

Eating what I want but in smaller portions. Adding more fruits and vegetables.

I love to make quilts and always have at least one going if not several.
