Welcome to my Page!

Well I am trying very hard to make myself feel better. I don't want to make it all about losing weight because I have a couple of little girls that need to know its ok if you don't have the perfect body. Or don't have the same body that EVERYONE else has. So its more about the choices I make and my responsibility for make the best for me.

So here I go again I know I can do it, I just have to remember when I get into the kitchen and when I go grocery shopping.

My Goals:
1. Exercise at least 15 minutes

2. Eat 2 each fruits and veggies

3. Drink 80 ounces water

4.Track food daily

5. Stay in my calorie range and hit nutrition goals

6. Get back into the 140's


My expectations for this 8 weeks
1. stay committed to the team and me
2. Get into the habits that are healthy
3. Lose at least 5%

My Goals
1.Stay within range everyday
2. Exercise 5 days weekly even if it is only 15 minutes
3. Visit the team daily to log in exercise and what ever else we are doing

Reason for changing life
1. I am sick of being FAT
2. Summer is coming and I have to keep up with the kids
3. I feel SO much better when I exercise and eat properly

My Program:
Don't really have a program. I try to eat some fruits and veggies at each meal. Whole grain for breakfast.

Do as much exercise that I can fit into my schedule. (Can't wait for Spring)

I am married to Dave for 37 years in March
I have 6 kids, (3 that still at home )and 4 grandkids
I also have 2 son in laws and a daughter in law

Other Information:
I love to make quilts and always have at least one going if not several.

I read science fiction/ fantasy books. My favorite Author is Anne McCaffrey and Mercedes Lackey.

emoticon on being in the Spotlight. Teach those little girls that it's about being healthy. No disease and not being on medication, except for vitamins. Eating right and exercising is the only way to attain that, even if it's just 10 minutes a day to start.
