Move It and Lose It

Starting over yet again!!!! I lost 45 lbs two years ago and have gained most of it back. I kept the weight off the first year because I was still exercising at least 4 days a week. Then I got lazy. This time I am going to focus on eating healthier and exercising. It won't be easy, but I feel so much better at a lower weight.

- Exercise 30 min a day.
-Weight training 2x week.
- Drink 8 glasses of water.

Beccie I just see that you are training for your first 5 Km. Are you using the Spark program. Just want to cheer you on as I know you can do this. I did my first virtual 5 km with Spark just over a year ago using their training program. (I've never been a runner). Early February I'll start my training for my second charity 5 km run in May. Looking forward to hearing about your experience.
