Move It and Lose It

Starting over yet again!!!! I lost 45 lbs two years ago and have gained most of it back. I kept the weight off the first year because I was still exercising at least 4 days a week. Then I got lazy. This time I am going to focus on eating healthier and exercising. It won't be easy, but I feel so much better at a lower weight.

5% Spring Challenge
- Exercise 30 min a day.
-Weight training 2-3x week.
- Drink 8 glasses of water.
- Sleep 8 hrs a night.
- Lose 5% of my weight.
- Break weight loss into smaller goals.

I noticed that we are about 10lbs apart in weight and have the same end goal and we have the same ticker. We can do this. So glad to meet you!
