Finish Strong!

In 2009 I was in the local version of The Biggest Loser contest. I lost 39 lbs. over the twelve weeks of the contest and went on to lose a total of 99 lbs. over about 18 months. This year has been rough and stressful and I am up 28 lbs. I am determined to find my Spark again and lose the weight and get to and maintain at a healthy weight.

Thanks so much for commenting on my blog. It is a lot of fun trying new recipes and that they are healthy is a big plus! I don't always share what's in something and no one usually questions. Although the first time I cooked quinoa it was obvious it wasn't rice. Good thing it tasted good.
