As a 30-something living with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, osteoarthritis, degenerative joint disease, and degenerative disc disease, it is extremely challenging to stick to most exercise and weight-loss programs. But this time it is going to work. I have a physical therapist and I have the commitment and the positive attitude. I can do this!
I want to feel healthier and be in less pain if at all possible. It won't hurt to look a little better in a swimsuit either. ;)
I want a pedometer that works better than ones I had in the past. They have not always registered all of my steps.
Walking, stairs, yoga, stretching, dancing, swimming, Wii Fit, and occasional light weights.
Great friends, amazing boyfriend, fun hobbies, now for the kick-ass body :)
I like dancing, going to the pool, trying new things, learning, helping others, foreign films, reading, and dreaming of living in a place that has a swimming pool, a jacuzzi tub, and a place to store my personal library.
