My Goals:
My Ultimate Goal is to be a HOTT Wife for my husband. That will Please me and make him happy.

Get down to 175, then I'll re-evaluate if I need to go lower.

Get off my medications and be rid of the diabetes!

Be the healthiest Mom and Wife that I can be.

Be a good example for my daughter and son.

My Program:
Following the 1200-1550 calories.

Eat healthy fats and lower card meals.

Do Cardio 3 to 5 times a week with a calorie minimum burn of 790. I do walking-so minimum walk to be 2 miles with a consistant 18 min mile.



Personal Information:
I'm from Tucker Georgia.... Currently living in Winder Georgia....about 20/25 minutes west of ATHENS, GEORGIA home of the BULLDOGS!!!!
I Crochet, Knit, Sew.....I do it when I feel the need to be creative.
I also love walking - walking trails... just don't like walking them alone - for safety reasons.

Hi - I just read your blog. I can feel your frustration as well. I went through that as well, but I can assure you it does get better. Just dropping a note to say Hi.. and keep going, you can do this. Spark is great for support and motivation. If you want check out a team called Dandy Lions. Krystie is the leader and she is outstanding! Its an amazing team with remarkable women on it. Lots of fun and support. Take care! You will do it!

Thanks for adding me as a friend, I have added you also. Keep up the good work and you will accomplish your goal. I know how hard it is. I have been fighting this for so many of my 59 years. I get up with so many good intentions and most of the time by lunch time, I have ignored them whether it is to walk today or eat healthy foods. The one thing that I have finally overcome is the Monday start, I can now do it any day. I have went from 212 to 162 over the last 5 years but it is so hard to stay on track to lose the rest. I am such a sweet eater, I know that I would be so much better if I could just give it up completely, because once I eat it, it is days, weeks or sometimes months before I can get off of it again.
