Starting over!

Hello again! My name is Belinda and I have done Spark before with great sucess. I am back because I got to comfortable and took a break and gained back @ 20-25lbs of the 60 I lost and I am very disapointed in myself. I have been wanting to get back on track for awhile but havent been able to get motivated to. Hello again! My name is Belinda and I have done Spark before with great sucess. I am back because I got to comfortable and took a break and gained back @ 20-25lbs of the 60 I lost and I am very disapointed in myself. I have been wanting to get back on track for awhile but havent been able to get motivated to. My friend just asked me to be a bridsmaid in her wedding in April so this is exactly the motivation I need and my man is helping by being the boot in my butt as I asked him to be lol. I am currently between 180 -185. I always float back and forth @5. I dont exactly have a goal weight. If i had to guess maybe somewere around 150. I am more about how I look now the scale. I dont care what the scale says as long as I get to were I want to lok . I want to get rid of the gut and flatten in out. I also want to loose some weight around the rest of my body but then I would really just like to tone up everything and be healthy. I have a large fram so the scale will always be more then what I look. I just want to feel good about the way I look and be healthy and set a good example to my kids and look and feel sexy for my man lol.

My Goals:
Loose weight and tone up til I think it looks good. I am guessing @ 150 but as I mentioned I am not worried about the scale. I have til April 15th to loose it cause I gonna be a bridesmaid in my friends wedding..

My Program:
starting slow, bike riding and some floor exercises, exercise videos, treadmil, I gonna try to switch it all up here and there and do differnt things everyday so I dont get bored

Personal Information:
I live in Hasting pa. Im a stay at home mom and I have 5 awsome kids that are my world. I have a great man. We were both divorced with kids so when getting together we had our worries and thought with 5 kids alltogether for EVERYONE to get along , accept, and take well to eachother was gonna be a challege yet it was never an issue and everyone just came together and everthing has just fallin in place. We thought the odds were against us yet we made them work for us and we couldnt be happier : )

Other Information:
Would like to find a workout buddy for a few days a week in my local area

I just had to stop by and comment about your status and snow! Yeah...I am so with you on that...definitely not ready for snow. Bad news though...it was sleeting or freezing rain or something here in Richland and in Westmont...of course while the boys were playing soccer!

By the way...you are doing great! Keep up the good work!
