emoticon to the Class Team of May 31 - June 6, 2009!

Love the idea of your workplace fitness challenge! If the others on your team of 4 haven't yet joined SP, why not suggest they do? You could all use SP together and that would be incredibly empowering to each of you and to you as a team!

SP's Diet Stages start with the Fast Break for 2 weeks and then enter a phase that will be a great boon to you because the focus is shedding bad habits, developing new healthy ones! It made a huge difference to me and can do the same for you.

Hope you'll be active in the class team!

So I officially feel guilty after your comment about your addiction to Coke......I had a dr. pepper today...and everything else was healthy...I just gave in...

Totally my fault...I have the will power, just my job doesn't help....

Great job on sticking with your meal plan...I will get there eventually.
