Hi!! I'm Kim. Just a little note that hopefully lets you know that you are not alone. That you can do this. That time and determination do pay off.
It has been a long journey to reach my most recent successes but, I can honestly say the journey is worth every step! It wasn't always easy. In fact I have had many set backs.
I quit smoking for 8 months and started again. I lost weight, regained it, became borderline diabetic. I began to have High Blood pressure and struggled with High Cholesterol. But, I never gave up!
Now the blood sugar is well within normal and my blood pressure is very good. I had to have a stress test and the Cardiologist asked if I work out! What? How could he know?
Through all of the ups and downs I was determined to manage my health, take charge of my choices, and not become dependent upon more medication. It worked!
And now almost 6 months later it is still working...
Time, patience, and persistence will get you where you wish to be. If you slip, indulge, etc. it is okay! Allow yourself small splurges and than get back on track. Eventually you will experience HUGE rewards!

Make it to Zumba class!
Zumba 2 nights a week.
Small splurges only.
Make healthy food choices.
I was born and raised in San Jose, California and moved to Oregon in 1999.
I've never looked back!
I enjoy a wide variety of music.
I am snap happy with a camera and love some of the scenic pictures I am able to capture.
Most especially I LOVE my Fur Babies.
