Turning 35 and I want to buy some new clothes!

My Program:
I just watch my calorie intake each day. I eat what I want but in moderation. I also work out probably 5-7 days a week. I do classes and I do my own thing. I love to work out.

Saint Louis Spark People Rally-Please Come!!!

OK, so how's the MO Botanical Garden on July 17 at 9 a.m. sound? We could meet at the Visitor's Center and walk around for 2 hours-there's a 'Health Fair' going on the same day, too! If you're a resident of St. Louis County or St. Louis City, admission is FREE before noon-otherwise it's $8 for adults...the place opens at 9 a.m., so it wouldn't be quite as hot then, but we could do 10 as well...lots to do/see here & plenty of walking exercise & time to get to know fellow STL 'Sparkers'!!!

Gurrl, I know I'm like waaaaaaaaaaay late in responding... a whole month +, but I want you to know I'm still here. It's just been hard to post with DH out of school and on the comp and me not having a comp any more. I hope the LORD will bless me with a computer soon. Anyway, I'm up and then I'm down, but then I'm up again. I keep thinking, "when things settle down," but the truth is, things may never settle down. I just need to do what I have to do and do it QUICKLY. I've got weight I need to lose!

Can you believe I plan to celebrate with a hair cut. I so want to give my hair a make over! LOL I can't have it short... DH would chop off the hands of the person that tries that... but I was thinking of long layers. I hope it actually works on me. My hair is very fine and very curly. So it look like a lot, but really it's hardly anything at all.

I'm glad it's on an poppin... keep it that way. You can make your goal! You know that consistency is key... so do what you gotta do... and I'm here if you need a kick in the boo-tay!

Gurrl, thanks for stopping by. I'm getting anxious to make goal. Just 6 lbs away but it seems like an eternity. 1 step forward 2 steps back. I pray that I lose 1 lb this week. Then in 6 weeks... I hope to stop by and tell you that I made goal and am maintaining!!!! What's up with you? Your ticker indicates that you are almost halfway there!!!!
