My goal as of now is to lose the weight that I've gained from having my beautiful children and also toning the body up.
well I'm exercising any chance I get and I'm also trying to stay away from fast food restuarants. I've been cooking healthy foods more and eating alot more vegies and fruit. I'm trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day. So I hope I can stick to it this time..

I was 105 when i got married. I am now alot bigger than I was. I'v gained about 50 pounds ,and now I am going to try my best and do this. I'm only 4'11. So as you can gather I'm a good bit over weight which makes me feel horrible. But I am determined to feel better.
