Hello everyone:) I'm Denise and I just realized that introduction was from the first time I started using this site. Then I lagged off as I usually do when it comes to something to do for me. I'm a giver not a taker. But now that my son has joined the California Conservation Corps and is away from home and my daughter and grandson moved in with her dad (she said she had to because she would never grow up i was hindering her). Its okay now to work on myself and do what I'd like. Right.. ...

My Goals:
Long term goal or goals: Is to get fit and healthy. In the process I would like to loose 100lbs. Also to tighten up all the loose skin I will have and tone muscles and bring up my chest off the floor(LOL) and hopefully create sometype of backside:) Wow that ia problably too much info(LOL) just keeping it real. Short Term Goal: I'm thinking about trying something I read on another SP members page. She set her own personal challenge. And she is rewarding herself at end. I think this is AWESOME. So mine will not be as long but important to me.. and my goals. SUGGGESTIONS?
My Program:
To do my very best working on my health by 1. Join a website that is helping me to achieve my goal. \check 2. Check in daily as much as possible to hold accountablility 3.Drink more water, less soda and juice. Stay hydrated-really bad with this. 4. Join Gym\ check 5. Work out at least 3xs a wk 6.

Nickname is LITTLEFOOT. I'm a proud mommy of a handsome son (Joel-18) and a beautiful daughter (Nova-17). Also absolutely proud grandma to AN AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL grandson (Jacobbie-almost 3yr old). I live in Citrus Heights, Ca. Work in transportation
