I want to drop more than 20 pounds because I'm tired of losing and gaining the same 20 pounds over and over! My first hurdle is to break the -20 limit I've had. That is when I tend to lose focus.

Thanks for the comment on my blog about CBT. Way back when I was in college (taking a full load while working 30 hours a week and being involved in several extracurriculars;) I used to get panic attacks. I also learned how to calm myself down and don't get them anymore . I used deep breathing, meditation, etc. If you don't mind sharing...what CBT methods helped with anxiety/panic attacks for you? There have been maybe a handful of occasions over the 20-some years since college where I can feel that panic and immediately stop, take some deep breaths and thankfully no hyperventilating or freaking out. =)
