Don't Dream It... BE IT!
So, I never know what to say on these things... I'm 36 years old, have been overweight pretty much since I started First grade. I have a very unnatural relationship with food. I always have. The worst part is - I LIKE healthy foods!! Fruits and veggies? I'm all for them! Love them all! Yet, here I am, more than 150 pounds overweight and struggling every day with aches, pains, and God knows what else. So, I decided that this was the year to make the change. It's now or never, Baby! I decided it ...

I decided it was time to stop dreaming about it, and actually BE IT!

My Goals:
My main goal is to get healthy! I know that people don't have to be super-model skinny to be healthy, so saying my goal is to get "skinny" doesn't really work... I want to be in shape, healthy, and able to keep up with the family I pray God will give me someday.
My Program:
Right now, I'm exercising more - walking, swimming, toning with weights, working out with Bob Harper! (thank you DVD's!!) I'm trying to eat better, as well, though not always with very much success.
Other Information:
The background picture on this page is one I took on March 3, 2013. My maple tree was budding and it was swarming with little honey bees! So cute!!
