WHO AM I? WHO ARE YOU?
I've felt really good lately. I've lost 22 pounds and dropped TWO dress sizes so I guess most of my energy is due to that, but I also feel as though I have a new lease on life. This new journey has made me want to work harder then ever before. I get a fresh start, a new chance and I DON'T want to blow it! I want my hubby and daughters to be proud of me. I want to be proud of me. When my children have a problem I want to tell them to tackle it head on and mean it. I want them to see me tackling ...

My Goals:
I would like to lose 84 pounds. I don't want a quick fix diet, but a lifestyle change. Before I had my second daughter I was VERY athletic - 2 to 3 hrs a day. Plus I NEVER ate sugar nor had caffeine. I know that once I get back on track then my old healthy ways will be easy to pick back up, but the trouble is getting started. I also want to be more physically fit.
My Program:
Low caloric diet of 1200-1600 calories. Excercise - walking -
Personal Information:
Crystal - 29 yrs old Married 11 years to Randy Two children
Other Information:
Nothing tastes as good as being skinny.
