I always thought a bit of a nail beyond the fingertips made my fingers look longer. There are so many pretty designs for fingernails now, many of which can be done at home. I read your blog about nail clipping. 28 days ago
Thank you for commenting on my blog, "God is at work here."
I read about you and the trip you have planned. I find that non-food rewards help me to get to my goals.
I used to be a nail-biter and went to nail clippers. I carry clippers, a file and an emery board in my purse and have a nail file in a pocket in my Bible cover. My husband and I sometimes clean the church building which is done once a month. I try to put my clippings in a pocket to carry home to throw away. I am 64 and my nails seem to peel back in layers. Once the top layer is gone, the rest of the nail past the end of my fingertips gets raggedy or breaks off. I don't wear polish generally, but I don't like it when a nail catches on clothing (especially pantyhose) and I file and shape them myself. I do get pedicures about twice a year with nail polish.
You are working on yourself and we all have areas that we are not happy with. Keep moving forward like you are doing and have a wonderful trip. 28 days ago
Hi!! I would love a buddy to check in with. I am doing Power 90. I just finished my 4th day. I've got 90 pounds to lose. I can;t do lunges or squats due to life long knee issues. 353 days ago
