Abs: All sorts of crunches. Plank. Modified plank. Bridge.
Here are a few to name. If you haven't heard of some of these- check them out on a computer search- google. sparkpeople even has a search in the top right hand corner near your sparkpage. Its the blue Magnifying glass. ((Last option after apps))
I know there are sometimes reasons why we can't do something... but sometimes when we ask for help and think outside of the box it can be possible to do something without a given gym membership or hand weights!! WE CAN DO IT!!
Please don't worry about the rules of the challenge. It's VERY easy once you get going and you can ask questions as you need. Right now we are in the interim...still recruiting and getting ready...so look around and ask! We try very hard to offer the how to's when we send stuff out! 4 days ago
