Starting Fresh

Well to start I am a mother of two boys. I know that I need to change my habits and make healthy habits. I'll do good for a couple weeks and then I stop everything. I stop drinking my water, stop eating within my ranges and I stop exercising. It's just so hard for me to keep the motivation to keep going. I haven't been able to get the scale to go below 250 and when I get to 250 I do something to sabotage myself and end up gaining 5 or more pounds back! I need to get back to a routine and ...

My Goals:
I want to get into a consistent workout routine. I would like to be under 200 by my birthday. (I haven't seen that since my first son was born) I also want to be drinking all the water I need to every day and work on my food plan.

My Program:
Right now I'm counting calories and trying to get moving everyday. I want to do some form of cardio every day, strength training three times a week and yoga 2 - 3 times a week.
