Trying to keep up the motivation

I am a proud mother to two wonderful boys, they keep me busy that's for sure. I have been doing pretty good as far as exercise goes. I was going to the gym 5 days a week and working out with a trainer two of those days. However I have recently started a temp job and I have no time for the gym. I try to walk during soccer practices in the evening and do weights at home but it hasn't happened too often yet. My Goals:
I want to get into a consistent workout routine. I would like to be under 200 by my birthday. (I haven't seen that since my first son was born) I also want to be drinking all the water I need to every day and work on my food plan.

My Program:
Right now I'm counting calories and trying to get moving everyday. I want to do some form of cardio every day, strength training three times a week and yoga 2 - 3 times a week.

I can definitely related to you, dear, as I am the same in many ways.

I'm motivated for a couple weeks and I do REALLY good but then I start craving junk food and stop exercising for some reason or another and then it's a month and a half before I get back into the swing of things.

I wish I had answers that would help but, sadly I don't. Maybe when he both hit those markers, we can talk each through continuing with our plans?
