Welcome to the creation of a new Woman!
Hi my name is Ka' & I need to lose this un-wanted weight!
I have not away been over weight, just the pregnacny of my first child. I've tried weight watchers and it worked. I lost about 60lbs and then I went into a stand still with my weight. Then I gained it all back.!!! I've tried other weight lost things too, but you see I'm here & still heres the un - wanted pounds........GOD Bless us all !

My Goals:
My goals (1)to be all I can be for myself / family. (2) like the person I see in the mirror. (3) have a higher "Self Esteem" about my self. (4) be a healther me w/o going to the doctor and getting a new Disease /Conditions (5) add more years on to my life (my great grand mother lived until she was 105 "healthy", thru for so can I!) (6) start "Practice What I Preach" (7) I wouldn't mind start looking like my girls in size ( they are model size and as for me the size of a plus size model. I want to be more then just a pretty face!
My Program:
Watch what I eat, walk and cycle. I believe; "I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens Me"

You don't know my story, or all the things that I've been through, you'll never feel my pain, or what I had to go through to get here, you'll never understand my praise, so don't try to figure it out, because my worship, my worship...... Is FORREAL!!!!!!!!!!
