Living life and loving me!

Those are theories I would love to make practice. As a single mom with a long commute my life has always been hectic and never felt calm and peaceful. Now my young adults are better able to care for themselves more and I am trying to put the focus back on me. Time to nuture myself and learn what I need to mentally change my eating patterns. Trying to make the time to smell the flowers and really enjoying the small chapters in my life

Losing weight has been a real challenge. However, I am very inspired by the incredible changes people have made in their lives with this website and know that I am in the right place to get the help and motivation I need.

I am regrouping and starting again focusing on 10 lbs at a time.

Thanks for taking the time to read and comment...I think we all need to see it in black and white sometimes even when we KNOW already but it can be so easy to go along without seeing what we know to be true. We CAN do anything when we can see what we need to do! Best wishes for a great new year!
