I googled my Thai dish and the first option was a Spark recipe! No doubt that recipe was much lighter in calories than what I got from the restaurant, so I winged it a bit and made it out to be 800 calories. No idea if I'm at all on-target... This is why I don't like tracking, too much guesswork. I think today will be my last tracking day for awhile. I've figured out how to get enough protein: Eat a very meaty lunch. That's what I'm doing this week and (if my estimating is correct) I've been doing great.
