I’ve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, it’s a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!
Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. That has made a world of difference for me. I hope you have the same success!
Welcome to the emotional eaters team. You will get a lot of support, advice and encouragement here. Post us often. We will listen and help pick you up when you mess up and pat you on the back when you succeed. A valuable tool is the nutrition tracker. You will find it under the my tools tab. It will show your calories, fat, carbs and protein. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and get 30 grams of fiber with the water a day. Exercise 30 min. a day. Spark mail me if you need any help.
