Hi and thanks for the add! I wish you all the best in your journey for improved health! What besides yoga do you like to do for your workouts? I've been on my treadmill for a couple of years now, but this last Spring I headed out onto the open road running! I've done a couple of 5Ks now. I don't think anyone will ever accuse me of being fast! LOL But I am persistent! I've used Turbo Jam for almost 2 years now and my DH and I just started a round of P90X last week. We're doing it together which is different for me. I'm used to shutting myself off in my little room all by myself and now I have a partner in there! It's pretty cool, though.
