My Goals:
To have a healthier lifestyle, to eat more natural and whole foods. To build strength, core strength, balance and flexibility. To be more active, to run a 10K, to build muscle tone.
My Program:
Drink lots of water, exercise 45 mins daily, less carbs more protein. As much fruit and vegetables as I can.
