Bean's Adventures in Running and Weight Loss
I am a runner, and mom of a very active 22 month old. This year (as I say every year) I would like to reach my goal weight and be a role model for my daughter. I have finished a half marathon, a full marathon and have a relay in the mountains coming up soon.

My Goals:
First mini goal - 120lbs by July 20th 2012 Second goal - 115lbs by Aug 31st 2012 Third goal - 110lbs by Thanksgiving 2012 Fourth goal - Maintain the weight loss this time!
My Program:
Training for 17 km relay in the mountains - running 3x per week Spin class 1x a week. Bootcamp 2x per week Trying out the 17 day diet to kickstart the weight loss.
