Hi stranger! Welcome back to spark. I'm sporadically active these days as I need less support now that I'm maintaining. I also spend my weekends with my gorgeous 2 year old step son, and that keeps me busy, too! Glad to see you back!

hello stranger I am making it a point to get back in the groove of things here. I got laid off last month and have time on my hands again. Hope this finds you well. I am going to try to find everyone else from our old group to see how things are shaking with them.

Wow!! You have been a busy girl!! Sorry you've had surgery, but sounds like you've had a good recovery.

I've been doing less running, but am in training for a half marathon at The Flying Pig in Cincinnati OH on May 5 with some from JASR--just love all of the friends I've met at the race. Training has been going slow (meaning I've been lazy), but today I got in my first 10 miler and am feeling great. Hope that continues to hold.

My first love is road biking. As soon as the race is over, and assuming spring has arrived, I plan to put on lots of miles. I'd like to do some bike camping this year--carry all my gear and ride to a state park or private campground. This will be an all-new adventure for me.

In less than 2 years, DH will be retiring & I'll follow just 2 months after him. It's going to be a killer getting up for work when he doesn't have to. He promises to do all of the housework & have dinner ready when I get home. You can bet I am going to hold him to that.

It's really great to see you back at SparkPeople. Keep in touch--you were missed.

Janice

Glad to see you around here. I lost my way during the divorce, but I'm slowly putting my life together. I sure hope Lexi and I can get into some 'trouble' this summer.

I do hope that we'll meet up again some day. Enjoyed you and those 2 young men you had with you.

Best wishes always!
