My name is Julie. I'm a 36 year old stay at home mom. My youngest starts Kindergarten this year, and my oldest will be in 5th grade. I have had an issue with weight since my junior year of college. I was really burnt out with a full schedule and working 2 jobs and turned to .....duh duh duh duuuuhhhhhh....DESSERT for comfort. I have decided that it is high time that I take back control, and am already making some positive changes.

My Goals:
Goal #1: Give up drinking soda Goal #2: Limit eating out to 3 times a month Goal #3: Track food intake daily Goal #4: Exercise daily Weight goal: lose 10% (17 lbs)by Thanksgiving, 20 lbs by Christmas, and make my goal of 40-50 lbs by June of 2011.
My Program:
I am making a commitment to track all food intake everyday. I am committed to doing at least 30 min of cardio Mon-Sat. and strength training 3 times a week. I will stop nighttime snacking / eating after 8pm, stop drinking soda, and cut back eating out.
