What an AWESOME Place!

I am in my 40's , have a terrific husband whom I have been married to for over 20 yrs and mother of 3 boys and a girl-ages 6 to 14.
I have been Sparking Since Sept 2008 and lost over 65 pounds at my lowest. I'm up a bit - 5 pounds from a year ago. I started running back then and have ran 2 1/2 marathons in 2009 and plan to run the Orlando Marathon in 2011.
I feel like the new lifestyle is sticking and I'm being a positive role model for my family. ...

I feel like the new lifestyle is sticking and I'm being a positive role model for my family. Exercise will be the key for me to maintain my weight. I've met some great people through this site both local and far away that I now consider family that are always here to encourage.

June 2010 goals:
Logging my food daily
Run 90 miles (training for a 1/2 marathon on July 10)
Lose 5 pounds
Blog once a week
Keep up with my teams

LOL - true about the feet moving part! I know when it first happened - even walking fast was tricky - too much moving the wrist/arm around make it hurt and swell... but that has healed and very rarely do I feel any pain or anything (other than when I try yoga or push ups?! LOL!?) I really don't HAVE to beat my time last year - but it seems silly to pay if I can't even compete with myself!? I do love that route though... and it's always right at the cusp of fall - so the weather usually clears up and is really nice!

I will think about it... it's in - what? - 3 weeks?

I agree - we need to plan a lunch soon! Let me know what works best for you... we can meet somewhere downtown on your lunch break!

SunCity! How I WISH!!! I finally tried Trail Running in June - and fell and badly sprained my wrist. I am just now starting to try push ups and a little yoga... haven't done much running at all since that fall. I have been walking every day - but I doubt I could whip myself into shape fast enough to meet even last years time... what about you? Are you doing the 1/2?
