All right, I really have to stick to it. No more one week plans!

I just need to focus on taking care of my body. No more one week plans. I need something that gets be back to feeling healthy.

My Goals:
1. Calories: Stay within your range.
2. Water: Drink 8 cups of water
3. Nutrition: Eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies.
4. Fitness: Do 30 min of cardio or strength.

1. Calories JUST OVER!
2. Water 1 CUP OFF
3. Nutrition DONE

I almost did it!

1. Calories: YAY, did it!

I am waking up and going to the gym....and calling the voice that says, "keep sleeping" EVIL

I am a Graduate Student in Education, with and emphasis in composition and rhetoric. While that's not all of what I am about, it sure does eat up a lot of my time! I love my family. I am very close with my family, in laws included.

    Tara, it's under community challenges - short but hard challenge April (thread starts over every month). You can also just add it to your favorites for easier future access. Hope you can join us!
