Don't compromise yourself. You are all you've got.

I start my journey January 2, 2011 and I want to lose 30 lbs by June 30, 2011. I need so much help and motivation. This time I am more determined than ever to make it happen.

The ticker below only shows 5lbs weight loss goal. Its a lot easier for me to only focus on losing 5lbs at a time. I get easily frustrated and inpatient. I am very good at analyzing myself and being able to identify what I am doing wrong or right so I will be testing myself in every level.

My Goals:
My goal is to be health, sexy and feel comfortable with the cloths I wear. I'd like to accomplish this by June 2011.

My Program:
My exercise regiments:
Cardio 4 to 5 times week.

Strength training 4 to 5 times a week.

Food:
I plan on eating healthy everyday and stay between 1200 - 1500 calories.

Eat desert at least once a day :) yes i will as long as is low cal, sugar and well low everything!!

I want to lose 30lbs but I am going to focus on losing 5lbs at a time.

My start weight is 150
My ending weight will be 120,

Sorry I've been missing. I've been going through so much from BF issues, holiday blues, emotional issues, lack of focus, and so on. I'm trying to find a new me this year from reaching out to friends and family more, doing more fun things I like, doing my Zumba and Jillian dvd's, changing the way I think or react, controlling my temper tantrums, learning new things, and well spoiling Joanna in different ways other than buying her goodies (unless they are beneficial)

thanks for your comment on my blog! yeah, it's scary when your enthusiasm lags.. you start letting yourself slip slowly and 2ls can turn into 5 or 10 quickly! i wont let it happen and i know you wont either!
