Don't compromise yourself. You are all you've got.

I start my journey January 2, 2011 and I want to lose 30 lbs by June 30, 2011. I need so much help and motivation. This time I am more determined than ever to make it happen.

The ticker below only shows 5lbs weight loss goal. Its a lot easier for me to only focus on losing 5lbs at a time. I get easily frustrated and inpatient. I am very good at analyzing myself and being able to identify what I am doing wrong or right so I will be testing myself in every level.

My Goals:
My goal is to be health, sexy and feel comfortable with the cloths I wear. I'd like to accomplish this by June 2011.

My Program:
My exercise regiments:
Cardio 4 to 5 times week.

Strength training 4 to 5 times a week.

Food:
I plan on eating healthy everyday and stay between 1200 - 1500 calories.

Eat desert at least once a day :) yes i will as long as is low cal, sugar and well low everything!!

I want to lose 30lbs but I am going to focus on losing 5lbs at a time.

My start weight is 150
My ending weight will be 120,

We can do this! I weighed myself and I am back to 140lbs! Now to lose 10 more...Yes I thought about it when I went to bed last night, I need to lift more weights and do resistance workouts. I purchased my Oxygen mag this morning because I saw work outs in it that I can do at home and build some. I'm going to look into PT near me for prices.

Thanks for noticing my mini-biceps on my picture!! I've been trying to work harder on building muscle/strength recently. They are slowly growing. Now I can carry more groceries into the house at one time. Goofy goals. :)
