Gonna lose this weight!!!

I am a 40 something, Marine Corps wife, ICU nurse. I am tired of being tired. It is always much easier to spend days off watching TV and sitting on the couch, but I want to STOP that cycle!!! It is also easier to make "not good for me" food instead of "good for me" food. And why does the "not good for me" food always taste better??
