My Goals:
My goal is to be a comfortable size 10. I'm 47 years old and have no desire to try and look 30. I'm happy with who I am. I'm not afraid to be my age. I love me! I just want to lose a few pounds to be healthier and more active..
My Program:
Starting over and ready to go! I gained all 29 pounds that I lost due to my health. I'm ready to take back my life!

I lived my life in NY until nine years ago when I moved to South Carolina. My name is Sheri and I'm a high school teacher. I love my job! I have three wonderful kids and a husband that I adore (most) of the time :)
Other Information:
I love reading historical fiction, hanging with my family, and eating out with friends. My favorite days are getting away! I love to get away from it all by going to conferences or road tripping, I just don't get to do it often.
