My fitness journey has had its ups and downs due to many things. I now have a wedding date: October 14, 2011. I've got the dress- time for the wedding body!

Starting Measurements:

Weight: 110 lbs
Body Fat: 23% (I think my scale lied the first time?)
Health: Better

Goals!

Weight: 105-108 lbs
Body Fat: 21%
Health: Fabulous!

I have no idea what is actually in herb salad! It comes in a package in the produce section (over by the packages of spinach, spring mix, etc). It's just got a ton of flavor for "lettuce" and is great to add zip to sandwiches or under protein (particularly fish).

I swear I don't work for the company!

Oh, I wasn't actually drunk (sadly). It's just always my excuse when I do something really stupid (like forget major ingredients in recipes...).

Thanks for the encouragement!! So as soon as my food is done digesting and I'm finished sparking I'm about to attempt 2hrs and 15 minutes of back to back P90X. I don't take skipping a workout lightly... I'll let you know if I'm still alive afterwards =D
