My fitness journey has had its ups and downs due to many things. I now have a wedding date: October 14, 2011. I've got the dress- time for the wedding body!

Starting Measurements:

Weight: 110 lbs
Body Fat: 23% (I think my scale lied the first time?)
Health: Better

Goals!

Weight: 105-108 lbs
Body Fat: 21%
Health: Fabulous!

No dressing really with the tomato, basil, and mozzarella salad. Just a splash of balsamic vinegar and some fresh ground pepper.

I use grape tomatoes, since I've found them to be the more flavorful than others (particularly in winter). And be sure to use fresh mozzarella, the kind packed in water!

Thanks for asking! Very little increase in my endurance, I think it depends what type of day I've had or sleep I had. I'm trying to think back to a year ago, how far I've come so that I can stay positive that sooner or later I will run! I bring my lunch to work and yep...gets boring sometimes.
