1st Goal: to get under the 200 mark. (Done) Starting BMI was 38 Now is 27.7
Try to get my BMI under the 30 mark and out of the obese section.I will read all my email and do some message posting daily. Get at least a 35 min. walk in every morning, afternoon, and evening.

Love dogs. Have a Newfie/lab . Like to garden, line dance . Have join a ladies walking group called the Sole Sisters. We walk once a week and up to 5 klm. at a time.

We were about the same weight but you've lost more and I've (momentarily) gained some so now I have to work hard to catch back up with you. How many more pounds do you hope to lose?
Linda, we need to set fire to that darn yo-yo ! LOL !! I know I slacked this week pre planning meals & snacks so I am doing that today and am going to try making this week a better one. I plan to continue my ST also as I feel that has helped me this week. Keep doing what you can ! Tc
