1st Goal: to get under the 200 mark. (Done) Starting BMI was 38 Now is 28.6
Try to get my BMI under the 30 mark and out of the obese section.I will read all my email and do some message posting daily. Get at least a 35 min. walk in every morning, afternoon, and evening.

Linda, we need to set fire to that darn yo-yo ! LOL !! I know I slacked this week pre planning meals & snacks so I am doing that today and am going to try making this week a better one. I plan to continue my ST also as I feel that has helped me this week. Keep doing what you can ! Tc
Hi Linda. Just stopping by hoping your week is going well and that you can get some body moving in. I rediscovered how much I like shaking my butt (dancing is what some would call it but not me. LOL !). It is great exercise while I clean house. WI Saturday. Let's try to see a pound gone. We can do it !!
