My journey to a slimmer me!!
I am doing the homeopathic version of Dr. Simeons protocol and I am loving it!!
This seems to be 'my answer' to a slimmer me.....I am on day 28 of my first round and I have already managed to drop 26.5 lbs/ 12 kilos....I think it's AMAZING!!
I love the fact that this is so easy, and to know..... that it's only 'brown fat' that is 'moving out' from my cells, instead of muscletissue and essential fats that my body needs....is just an extra bonus!!
