I'm not losing this twice...

My name is Bethany, and I'm a 34 year old High School teacher (German and Math). I like to fancy myself a runner, and have done a couple hard-core races (Dances With Dirt - check it out). I love being outdoors, especially in the fall and winter.

If anyone is a pro at working out using a heart rate monitor, btw, hit me up. I'm sporting a new Garmin with HRM, and trying to figure out what my numbers all mean!

ha ha I know! but I am so bad about eating! I sometime will go a whole day without eating. so to me this gets what I need into my system without having to force myself to eat more in a day. because the smoothie packs protein and fruits and might add some spinach. I am just trying to get what I have been missing in my diet for a while.

yeah, with only 1000 mg of sodium to play with, a lot of premade foods are out. Oh, well!
