Thanks for dropping in to see how I am doing. I also quit smoking 2 years & 6 months ago, Feb 1, 2007.

I am also not doing very well on the weight front, however I am much healthier not smoking than with a little extra weight.

I had a recent back injury which left me laid up for a bit, so now I am going to get back into things slowly & hope for the best.

Today was my first day back on the treadmill.
I know I also have my age & other issues that will make things slow going, but I am ok with that.

Keep your chin up, we can do it. emoticon
